Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags must still be attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.


Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@paindu.shop so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate or personal wear (for hygiene reasons)


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Need a different size or color? Simply request an exchange by contacting us at support@paindu.shop, and we’ll guide you through the process.


Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
